Another cool Fall morning outside, 28 degrees with a cold breeze. For Breakfast I toasted a Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin to make a Breakfast Sandwich with. Then I lightly fried some Boar's Head Deluxe Ham, added a slice of Sargento Ultra Thin to the Ham as it finishing cooking. Layered it on the English Muffin, and done! Also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. After Breakfast I headed out to McDonald's to pick up Breakfast for Mom and Dad. Not a whole lot going on today. Sort of tired i think I have my late Fall Sinus Infection. So I rested a lot today. For Dinner tonight I prepared a Buffalo Cheese Burger w/ Baked Fries.
Had to get my Buffalo Burger Craving taken care of today! I used the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/3 lb.
Then for a side I baked some Alexia Organic Yukon Select Fries. Seasoned them with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn Medley. Baked them at 425 degrees for 16 minutes. They bake up beautifully and seasoned just right, excellent Shoestring Fry! Plus they are only 120 calories and 15 net carbs. For dessert later a Weight watchers Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Bar.
