With the Holiday fast approaching, here's a hint on Nuts.....
Nuts are prone to turning rancid when exposed to air and light. The best way to store nuts is in the freezer or refrigerator in an air tight container or in vacuum sealed packaging. I store ours in the freezer and in the original packaging and then in a sealable plastic freezer bag.
