Elk Sampler Value Pack #11

Elk is low in fat, low in cholesterol and high in protein. It is an excellent alternative to beef for those who want food that is good for them without sacrificing taste and quality. Delicate, juicy and tender our delicious elk cuts are great on the grill or on the stove. Be sure to watch them as they cook because they are ready between 6 to 8 minutes. Brush steals lightly in a bit of olive oil with salt and pepper and you’re done!
