A Nice Hearty Breakfast, for Dinner!

Dinner Tonight: Mushroom and Cheese Omlett w/ Whole Grain English Muffin and Turkey Bacon




A chilly, rainy, and gloomy day around here again and I wanted something hearty and healthy. So I made a healthy breakfast for my dinner tonight! I had a two Egg Omelett seasoned with Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper and then added Mushrooms and Kraft 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar. As sides I had 3 strips of Turkey Bacon and a Healthy Life English Muffin that I topped with Smucker's Sugarless Blackberry Jam. If you like Jams and Jellies give Smucker's Sugarless a try. They have several different flavors and all are fantastic!
