For this week's Diabetic Dish of the Week - Peachy Vanilla Smoothie. Just say Peach and I'll try it! Enjoy!
Makes 2 servings
Peachy Vanilla Smoothie
1 medium fresh ripe Peach, peeled and pitted
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup plain non fat Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup fat free Skim Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar or 1/2 tablespoon Splenda
1/2 cup crushed Ice
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, or blender, or combine with an immersion blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Serve immediately.
