Simple Slow Cooker Pork Tacos
1 3/4 pounds lean Boneless Pork Roast
1 cup Salsa
1 can(4 ounces) Chopped Mild Green Chilies
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
6 (8 - inch) Corn Tortillas
Optional Toppings: Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Diced Tomatoes, Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
Directions:
1 - Place Roast, salsa, Chilies, Garlic Salt, and Pepper ina Crock Pot. Cover; Cook on low for 8 hours.
2 - Remove the Pork from the Crock Pot , shred with two forks. Spread Shredded Pork evenly into Tortillas with sauce. Add toppings Desired.
