The Summer Sausage can be purchased here on the SayersBrook site (http://www.sayersbrook.com/). I've ordered the Elk Burger Patties and Bison Chopped Steak just last week, for the second time and both are two of my favorites! I've also have some Ground Wild Boar that I make into Burger Patties. Along with the Meats check out all the SayerBrook recipes too. On to the Bison Pasta Salad.
Bison Pasta Salad
1 lb. cooked cork screw noodles
1 (8-oz.) can black olives, chopped
10 cherry tomatoes
12 oz. Bison summer sausage, chopped
7 T. Parmesan cheese, grated into small pieces
1 (16-oz.) Seven Seas Viva Herbs
1 bunch broccoli flowerets Spices dressing
2 sm. zucchini, thinly sliced
8 green onions, chopped
Combine cooked noodles, broccoli, onions, zucchini, cheese and dressing in dish. Refrigerate overnight. Add Bison summer sausage and tomatoes just before serving. Serves 8.
