Make extra Soup.....
Soup recipes are easy to make in large batches, and Soup freezes perfectly . So, double up on ingredients, grab a larger pot and make two meals instead of one. Then to make life simpler, make a note of how many portions you’re putting away. Also label all packaging with the date and precisely what it is.
