3/4 Cup Fat-Free Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Crushed Ice
1/4 Cup Plain Nonfatb Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Sugar or 1/2 Tablespoon Splenda
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions:
1 - Combine Peach, Milk, Ice, Greek Yogurt, Sugar, and Vanilla in a blender; blend until smooth.
2 - Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
