Asian Turkey Salad

Ingredients
½ cup JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
3 tablespoons ginger-sesame dressing
2 tablespoons chopped cashews
⅓ cup edamame
¼ cup mandarin oranges
⅓ cup chopped Napa cabbage
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves


Directions
1 - Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

2 - In pint jar, add dressing, turkey, cashews, edamame, mandarin oranges, cabbage and cilanro.
Secure jar top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
