3-Ingredient Pumpkin Pie Roll-Ups




The other night for dessert I made Mom and Dad some 3-Ingredient Pumpkin Pie Roll-Ups. I came across the recipe while browsing on the net and it looked like a dessert Mom and Dad would enjoy, and they did! I'm not a fan of Pumpkin, just never cared for the taste, so it was ll their's. Super easy to prepare and Mom and Dad loved them. I used Pillsbury Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls, Jet Puff Marshmallows, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Nutmeg, and a can of Meijer 100% Pure Pumpkin.





To prepare them;  Open your crescent dough, separate, and stretch each triangle. Drop a small spoon of pumpkin pie mix onto each triangle and top with half a marshmallow. Roll and repeat. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 mins. Serve warm. How easy and makes quite a dessert! These can be made with any of your favorite filling; Chocolate, Apple, Cherry....

Pumokin Pie Mix, Marshmallows, Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

375 Degrees

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
1 - Open your crescent dough, separate, and stretch each triangle. Drop a small spoon of pumpkin pie mix onto each triangle and top with half a marshmallow. Roll and repeat.
2 - Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 mins. Serve warm.

* You can substitute Pumpkin with Chocolate or Apple Filling
