Bacon Wrapped Turkey Franks with Guac
Brats. Wrapped in bacon. Topped with guacamole. Need we say more?
INGREDIENTS
6 ounces WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® guacamole
3 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
6 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
6 JENNIE-O® Turkey Franks
1 heirloom tomato, sliced and cut into half circles
6 hot dog buns
DIRECTIONS
Heat grill to medium high heat. In small bowl, mix guacamole and Sriracha sauce together. Wrap 1 slice turkey bacon around each frank. Secure with 2 wooden picks at each end of frank. Add wrapped frank to grill and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
Place tomato on bun bottom. Place frank on tomato and top with guacamole.
