The Kitchen is closed, it’s Izzy’s for the Family Tonight!

Dinner Tonight: Izzy’s Lean Corned Beef Sandwich w/ Pringle’s Fat-Free Chips

A little cooler out and very windy for our St. Patrick's Day her in West Chester. The 60 and 70 degree weather for the past 3 day's has spoiled us, cooler out the rest of the week with mornings in the 30's and 20's. It was Pantry clean up day, just straightened it up and pitched a few items. Really didn't feel like cooking tonight so I bought dinner for myself and Mom and Dad. So tonight the Kitchens Closed and it's Izzy's!

Had an early dinner, Mom and Dad had to attend a Church Function so they had eat to early to make it. To help celebrate St Patrick's Day I'm having Corned Beef. I rarely eat out and when I do for Subs or Sandwiches it’s usually Izzy’s or Subway, and tonight it’s Izzy’s. Izzy’s is home of some the best Corned Beef there is! All their Sandwiches are delicious and they own the market on the Corned Beef. I always get their Izzy’s Lean Corned Beef Sandwich. The “Lean” version of the Corned Beef it makes it healthier than most also. The sandwich contains 170 calories and 16 carbs per serving (1/2 Sandwich) and 340 calories and 32 carbs for a Full Sandwich. I had the Full Sandwich along with a side of Pasta Salad and Potato Chips. I bought Mom and Dad's Sandwiches for them also. Mom had the Izzy's Lean while Dad had the Reuben, which looked incredible also! For a side I had some Pringle Fat-Free Chips and they’re 70 calories and 14 net carbs per serving. Then to go along with it all I had an Ice-Cold Diet Dr. Pepper, 0 calories and 0 carbs. Love sticking a small bottle of Dr. Pepper in the freezer for a bit, just enough to get a layer of ice forming on it! For dessert later a Healthy Choice Dark Fudge Swirl Frozen Greek Yogurt.

Izzy’s
