Italian Turkey Salad


Ingredients
1 pound rotini pasta
1 small red onion, diced
½ cup sliced ripe olives
½ cup diced red bell pepper
½ cup diced green bell pepper
½ cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 small tomato, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 pound shredded JENNIE-O® Turkey Breast Roast
1¼ cups Italian salad dressing

Directions
* Cook pasta until al dente; drain and cool.

* In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, onion, olives, peppers, tomato, celery, broccoli and cabbage. Add turkey; toss to mix.

* Pour dressing over turkey and vegetables. Toss to coat.
