Tilapia w/ Whole Grain Rotini & Cheese and Whole Grain Bread


Dinner Tonight: Tilapia w/ Whole Grain Rotini & Cheese and Whole Grain Bread



Fried a couple of Tilapia fillets for dinner tonight. I rolled them in a Whole Wheat Flour and Italian Bread Crumbs and seasoned with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn. Lightly fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil about 3 1/2 minutes per side. If you like a meaty and mild fish Tilapia is for you, these are perfect if your making Fish Tacos. As sides I had Velveeta/Kraft Whole Grain Rotini & Cheese along with Healthy Life Whole Grain Sliced Bread. For dessert a Yoplait Delight Chocolate Eclair Parfait.
