Iced Lychees

In China, the creamy lychee fruit is considered good luck. Freezing turns them into a sorbet-like treat.

Ingredients

    1 20-ounce can lychees, drained

Preparation

    Place lychees on a sheet pan and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
