Fish Sandwich w/ Mac & Cheese

Dinner Tonight: Fish Sandwich w/ Mac & Cheese


Had a Fish Sandwich with Mac & Cheese for dinner tonight. I used Van de Camp's Fish Fillet. Baked at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Served on an Healthy Life Whole Grain Sandwich Bun and topped with Heinz Premium Tarter Sauce, very good premade Tarter Sauce. As a side had Smart Ones Three Cheese Macaroni, half serving to cut back the calories and carbs. Easy to fix and filling. For dessert later a bowl of Breyer's carb Smart Vanilla Ice Cream topped with Del Monte No Sugar Added Sliced Peaches.
