Dinner Tonight: Blue and 'Shroom Bison Burger w/ Baked Steak Fries



Just not a Burger and Fries, a Bison Burger and Fries! I had a Ground Sirloin Bison Burger that I seasoned with McCormick Grinder Steakhouse Seasoning and fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, about 4 minutes per side. Topped it with Murray's Crumbled Maytag Blue Cheese and Sauteed Mushrooms. The Blue Cheese and Sauteed Mushrooms are great on any Burger! It was served on an Healthy Life Whole Grain Bun. As a side I had Ore Ida Baked Steak Fries. For dessert/snack later a Breakstone 100 Calorie Cottage Cheese & Pineapple Cup.
