Grilled Sweet Italian Turkey Sausages w/ Kicked Up Chili Beans

Today's Menu: Grilled Sweet Italian Turkey Sausages w/ Kicked Up Chili Beans

It's been a long night and day. Battling those Phantom Pains again! It started around 3:00 am and hasn't let up through out the day today. The pain is almost unbearable sometimes. The sad part is there is no cure mainly because no one knows what causes them. Most amputees go through these, some worse than others.

Anyway I wanted a good hot meal but really didn't want to have to put a lot of effort in it. So I   fired up the grill and grilled some Sweet Italian Turkey Sausages. I used the Honeysuckle White Brand Sweet Italian Turkey Sausages. i love these, plump and juicy and grill up fantastic! They are 140 calories and 1 carb. I served it on a Healthy Life Whole Grain Hot Dog Bun and topped it with French's Spicy Brown Mustard. For a side I prepared some Kicked Up Chili Beans, another favorite of mine. I used Joan of Arc Spicy Chili Beans  and added Jack Daniel’s BBQ Sauce, Crumbled Turkey Bacon Bits, Splenda Brown Sugar, and a few dashes of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. I left the full recipe at the end of the post. For dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding topped with Cool Whip Free.
