Kitchen Hint of the Day!
Love that Dark Chocolate........
Use chocolate to enrich the flavor of spicy meat or game casseroles. Add 1 oz of dark chocolate for every 4 portions of chilicon carne, for example, during cooking to enhance the flavor.
