Bourbon Glazed Chicken w/ Baked Potato and Cut Green Beans

Dinner Tonight: Bourbon Glazed Chicken w/ Baked Potato and Cut Green Beans

Really enjoyed Breakfast this morning!  I had; toasted a couple of slices of Healthy Life Whole Grain
Bread, 2 links of Jennie - O Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links, and a Poached Egg. To poach the egg I use a an Egg Poacher my Mom bought before I was born. You can't poach a bad egg in it and easy clean up afterwards. Just crack an Egg into 1 of the cups, add water to the base, and heat on high. When you see a wisp of steam coming out set a timer for 3 minutes and you have the perfect Poached Egg! Love that old Poacher! A bit cooler out today and windy, but mostly sunny until later in the day. Had to take dad over the Dentist, he's having new false teeth made and long over due. So for dinner tonight I prepared a new item PERDUE® Bourbon Glazed Chicken Breast Chunks. Tonight it's Bourbon Glazed Chicken w/ Baked Potato and Cut Green Beans.

I tried a new (new for me) Perdue Chicken Product for Dinner, PERDUE® Bourbon Glazed Chicken
Breast Chunks. As all the Perdue products it's easy to prepare. Preheated the oven to 375°F. Sprayed a baking sheet with Pam Cooking Spray and placed the frozen Chicken pieces in single layer on the baking sheet. Baked on the middle over rack for 25 minutes, until heated through. Turned the pieces halfway through heating time. I've got another Perdue Chicken Product that makes a delicious dinner! The Bourbon Glaze is outstanding. Thick and spicy, but over powering. Another Item to have in the freezer!

For one side I baked a Russet Potatoes. I seasoned it with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Peppercorn Medley. Topped it with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter. Then I also heated up a small can of Del Monte Cut Green Beans. For dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding topped with Cool Whip Free.
