Toasted Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich w/ Creamy Tomato Soup

Dinner Tonight: Toasted  Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich w/ Creamy Tomato Soup

Another cloudy day out again, we need some sunshine! We had to take Dad to the Family Doctor so they could remove the staples from when he fell and injured his head. The Doc said everything looked good, he's still real sore though. I got Mom and Dad home and went to Kroger for Mom and stopped by the bank for her. For dinner tonight, Toasted  Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich w/ Creamy Tomato Soup.

As I scoured the Kitchen and Pantry for an idea on what to have for dinner it was becoming obvious that it was one of those day's where nothing sounded good. When in doubt, Simplify It! Simple dinner at it's best with my dinner tonight, Toasted  Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich w/ Creamy Tomato Soup.

For my PBJ Sandwich I used Jif Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter. I love Peanut Butter, always have an open jar and 1 or 2 Jars in the Pantry! I also used Polaner Sugar Free with Fiber Seedless Blackberry Preserves along with Klosterman Wheat Bread. We've been using Polamer Sugar Free with Fiber Seedless Blackberry Preserves for a while now, you can not tell it's Sugar Free. I started by Toasting the Bread, taking a slice of the Toast I layered in the Jif Peanut Butter topped with Blackberry Preserves and topped with other slice of Toast. Easy, simple, and done! Nothing lkie a good PBJ Sandwich every now and then.

Then to go with the PBJ I heated up a can of Campbell’s Creamy Tomato Soup. A microwave product, just heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds and serve. Raised on Campbell’s Soup and still love the Soups. And what's Tomato Soup without Crackers, I used Skyline Oyster Crackers A SImple Dinner at it's Best! For dessert later a Healthy Choice Dark Fudge Frozen Greek Yogurt.

Polaner Sugar Free with Fiber Seedless Blackberry Preserves

The same recipe used in the early 1900 is still used today to make this unique preserve. Blackberries hold an immense amount of flavor in each bite. Eat it right from the jar, it’s just that good.

Polaner Sugar Free with Fiber Preserves help support a healthy digestive system. Bursting with real
fruit, and sweetened with Splenda brand sweetener, they're delicious and provide 3 grams of fiber, about 10% of your daily requirement, in every spoonful.

With just 10 calories per serving, 80% fewer than standard preserves, (and a small fraction of the calories in butter, margarine or cream cheese) you treat yourself and your family right when you serve Polaner. You'll love it on toast and muffins, in a PB&J, or, instead of standard preserves and jellies when you bake. For the best tasting, most wholesome spreads, pick Polaner.
