Turkey Bruschetta Panini
1 tablespoon olive oil reduced-fat mayonnaise
4 slices Italian bread
4 ounces thinly sliced JENNIE-O® All Natural Oven Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli
2 slice mozzarella cheese
¼ cup basil pesto
6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
1) Heat panini grill. Spread mayonnaise on bread slices. Add turkey, cheese, basil pesto and tomato. Top with second slice of bread.
2) Grill 3 minutes or until golden brown.
