Kitchen Hint of the Day!

Tough Cookie!....

When you mix cookie dough, only stir as much as you must to fully combine the ingredients - over stirring can cause the cookies to become tough. Unbaked cookie dough may be frozen and thawed when you're ready to bake. Wrap the dough tightly in a freezer bag, try to resist eating any, and stick in the freezer for up to one month.
