Kitchen Hint of the Day!

My favorite - Sunny Side Up Eggs......


When frying eggs, make sure the butter or margarine is very hot - a drop of water should sizzle. However, the heat should be reduced just before the eggs are added to the pan. Cook them over low heat until the egg whites are completely set. Add a couple drops of water and cover the pan just before the eggs are done to get a perfect white film over the yolks.
