Loaded Turkey Burger
Eating better never tasted so good
4 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cook and chopped
⅓ cup thinly chopped mushrooms
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
⅔ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Turkey Burger Patties
4 lettuce leaves
4 reduced-calorie hamburger buns, split
Sauté turkey bacon, mushrooms and onions; cool. Mix with cheese and mayonnaise.
1 - Grill burgers as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Toast buns on grill.
2 - Place lettuce on bun bottoms. Add burger and top with cheese mixture. Place the top of bun on cheese mixture.
Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
