Dinner Tonight: Bleu and 'Shroom Bison Burger w/ Crinkle Fries
Ahhh my favorite Burger for dinner tonight, the Bison Burger! Made with Ground Sirloin Bison that I seasoned with McCormick Grinder Steakhouse Seasoning. I fried it in Extra Virgin Olive Oil about 4 minutes per side. I topped it with Maytag Crumbled Bleu Cheese and Sauteed Mushrooms. Served on a Healthy Life Whole Grain Bun. I had a side of Ore Ida Crinkle Fries. For dessert later a Yoplait Delight 100 Calorie Chocolate Eclair Parfait.
