Dark Chocolate May Improve Blood Flow and Lower Blood Pressure.
Dark Chocolate Raises HDL and Protects LDL Against Oxidation.

* I love Chocolate but with Diabetes 2 I avoid it. When I do want to have some Chocolate I purchase
Hershey's Special Dark Sugar Free Mildly Sweet Chocolates.

* Reese's also have a bite-size Reese's Cups that are Sugarless also.
