Kitchen Hint of the Day!

When you know your milk is going to go bad before you can use up the rest of it, separate it out into a few sealable containers and put them in the freezer. That's right, milk can be frozen! If you use skim milk, it can be thawed and drunk later and you'll never be able to tell the difference. For other varieties of milk, use for sauces or baking after thawing. This is a great strategy when you find milk at a deep discount. Buy as much as you can and freeze for later!
