Each serving of fat or oil, such as a teaspoon of butter, mayonnaise, or salad dressing, is roughly 5 grams of fat. Keep in mind that some of the fat you eat comes from what you put in and on foods, while other fat comes from what’s already in foods, such as meats, cheeses, and dairy foods.......
