For Breakfast this morning I toasted a Thomas 100 Calorie Light Multi Grain English Muffin and made a Breakfast Sandwich. I also lightly fried an al fresco Country Style Chicken Sausage Breakfast Patty, and had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. I had to be at my Family Doctor at 9:00 this morning to have this spot on my leg checked out. The place turned out to be nothing too serious. I had a small scratch and it has a bit of infection. They have me on a prescription for a 10 days and it should clear up. Sure glad it was nothing!! For Dinner tonight a Digiorgio Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza.
I had planned on Tacos tonight but between my allergies and worrying about the place on my leg I was too tired to prepare anything that involved work. So we a Digiorgio Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza in the freezer so I prepared that for me and Mom.
I was just worn out mentally and I just wanted something easy to prepare so why not a DIGIORNO frozen Pizza. To prepare it just preheat and bake at 400°F. for about 20 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes and dig in! Very good Pizza. Plenty of Pepperoni and Cheese. Excellent Pizza Sauce. We were not that hungry tonight so this worked out great. Back to healthier food tomorrow! For Dessert later a Jello Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Pudding.

• Preheat & bake at 400°F. Keep pizza frozen while preheating.
• Remove pizza from box, overwrap and cardboard.
• Place pizza directly on center oven rack. (6 to 8 in. from bottom of oven)
• Bake 14 to 17 min.
SOFTER CRUST
• Preheat & bake at 400°F.
• Remove pizza from box, overwrap and cardboard.
• Place pizza on cookie sheet on center rack. (6 to 8 in. from bottom of oven)
• Bake 19 to 21 min.
PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY TO 160°F FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY.
