Time to give Buffalo Gal a try...

Well I recently tried Wild Idea Buffalo products and they were incredible! The best tasting Bison I've had yet. So now I'm going to give Buffalo Gal a try. My order was just delivered yesterday. It was very well packaged and they kept me updated every step of the shipment by email. I ordered; 1 order of Bison Ribs, 1 package Bison Hot Dogs, 1 package of 2 Bison Top Sirloin Steaks, 2 packages of 3 1/3 lb. Bison Patties. First time I'll be trying the Short Ribs and Hot Dogs. I'll be letting you know how they taste and prepare in the upcoming days and weeks.
