Kitchen Hint of the Day!

To easily remove a ham bone, slit the uncooked ham lengthwise down to the bone before placing it in the pan - but leave the bone in place. While the ham is baking, the meat will pull away and the bone will come out easily after the ham is cooked. Leaving the bone in will also lead to moister meat.
