Kitchen Tip of the Day

Cook in bulk, if you have the freezer space. It doesn't take much more time to make a gallon of chili than it does 4 servings, a 10 lb pot roast isn't any harder to cook than a 4 lb one, you just need a bigger pan. You only wreck the kitchen once, cuts down on clean up. Freeze the extra servings in quantities right for your family for quick meals when you don't have time or want to cook.
