The weather forecast hit it on the nose for a change! We got about 4" or a bit more, with some more on its way the next few days. Then the bad part is the below zero weather coming next week! They're saying a couple of mornings will be down to minus 10 degrees, way too cold! But the days are getting longer so that's a good thing. For dinner tonight a Burger and Fries. I prepared a Sharp Cheddar Cheese Buffalo Burger w/ Baked Fries.
I normally use the Wild Idea Buffalo 1/4 lb. Burger but I had a package of the 1/3-Lb Buffalo Burgers that I used for dinner tonight. Same great taste but a tad bigger. I seasoned it with McCormick Grinder Sea Salt and Black Peppercorn. I then pan fried it in Canola Oil about 3 1/2 minutes per side. Buffalo gets done rather quickly due to it’s so lean. I topped it with a slice of Sargento Ultra Thin Sharp Cheddar Cheese and served it on a Aunt Millie's Reduced Calorie Whole Grain Bun. For dessert later a Healthy Choice Chocolate Swirl Frozen Yogurt.
