Walleye w/ New Potatoes & Carrots and...

Dinner Tonight: Fried Walleye Fillet w/ New Potatoes & Carrots and Whole Grain Bread


I had a Walleye Fillet that I seasoned with Sea Salt and McCormick Grinder Black Pepper and then rolled in Italian Bread Crumbs. I lightly fried it in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. As sides I used the leftover New Potatoes & Carrots from last night's dinner along with Healthy Life Whole Grain Bread. For dessert later a Yoplait Delight Parfait Chocolate Eclair, these are too good!
