Veggie Pizza Pita

Say it fast 3 times Veggie Pizza Pita! 

4 Whole Wheat Pita Pocket Breads - Cut in half or Cut the top off each one
1/2 Big Onion, sliced and left round
2 Green Peppers, chopped about the size of a quarter
McCormick Italian Grinder Seasoning
Sea Salt and Ground Pepper
2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
1 8 oz Can Tomato Paste
1 Cup Kraft 2% Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

Add Vegetable spray to a pan and put it on medium-high heat. Add the onions and peppers and add 1/8 cup water. Let it boil and saute.

While pan is heating, add tomato paste into a microwaveable bowl, with Italian spices and garlic powder. Heat in the microwave until hot and spread on the inside of pita bread halves.

Going back to the pan, sprinkle 1-2 Tbsp. garlic powder, some salt and pepper, and 1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce. Let it cook until everything is soft. Keep adding water a little at a time if it appears dry; the end result should be a consistent, slightly thick broth. Add cheese, fill up the pita pockets and enjoy!
