Hi my name is Mark and I have freezer overload! As I opened the freezer earlier today to see what looked good several items fell out of the freezer volunteering their services. I went with a Prime Rib fillet and laid that to thaw and then it was time, time to check dates on items and reorganize the freezer. I did throw a few items out that had been pushed to back or buried on the bottom but for the most part it was just reorganizing. I did realize after the reorganizing that there was no need to purchase any meats or seafood for a while. More later on this Prime Rib!
