Jennie - O Turkey Recipe of the Week - Salsa Guac Turkey Burger

This week's Jennie - O Turkey Recipe of the Week is a Salsa Guac Turkey Burger. You'll be using the JENNIE-O® ⅓ lb. Turkey Burgers and topped with WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® dip, HERDEZ® salsa, fresh lime, cotija cheese, and ½ cup Greek yogurt, if desired. Salsa Guac Turkey Burger
Move over, ketchup. There's a new, lower-sodium topping in town.

Ingredients
4 JENNIE-O® ⅓ lb. Turkey Burgers
4 burger buns, split
½ cup WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® dip
½ cup HERDEZ® salsa
fresh lime
2 ounces cotija cheese, if desired
½ cup Greek yogurt, if desired
Directions
* Cook turkey burgers as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.

* Toast burger buns and top with turkey burger, guacamole, salsa and squeeze of fresh lime. Top with cheese, if desired. Spread yogurt on bun top, if desired.
Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
