Grilled Turkey Hot Dogs w/ Bourbon & Brown Sugar Beans and Potato Chips

Dinner Tonight: Grilled Turkey Hot Dogs w/ Bourbon & Brown Sugar Beans and Potato Chips

Started off another cool but sunny morning, about 40 degrees this morning. But it warmed up quickly
and it was beautiful out today, sunny and 70 degrees! Fried up some Turkey Spam for Breakfast. Served it on a Healthy Life Whole Grain English Muffin and topped with a Fried Egg, one fine Breakfast Sandwich. After my morning workout went to the Kroger up the road to pick up a couple of things for her and back home. I had ordered a Cordless Leaf Blower and that arrived today, Letting it charge overnight and using it tomorrow. Cordless items, like this and vacuums, are so much easier to use if you're in a wheelchair. The cords are a problem! Got the cart out for most of the afternoon and out enjoying the beautiful day. For dinner tonight its a Grilled Turkey Hot Dogs w/ Bourbon & Brown Sugar Beans and Potato Chips.

For the Dogs I used Ball Park Smoked White Meat Turkey Franks. I usually use Jennie - O but that's another Jennie O Turkey Product hard to come by at local stores! Anyway cleaned the grill up before using, then sprayed the grate with Pam Grill Spray and fired that baby up. The Franks are done in no time, just turned them a few times and they're ready. Delicious and Plump Turkey Franks! Only 45 calories and 3 net carbs per Frank. Served them on a Kroger Lite Wheat Hot Dog Bun and topped with French's Yellow Mustard and Hunt's Ketchup.

Also this morning a FedEx truck pulled up and it was a gift package from Jennie - O Turkey! Just in time for The Memorial Day Weekend Grilling Feast. I get Jennie O Products and coupons from time to time as member of their Switch Club. This time they sent two fantastic items; a Frozen 6 Pack of the New 1/3 lb. 90% Lean Turkey Burger Patties and a 1 lb. Package of the Jennie - O 93% Lean Ground Turkey, which I will be using for Turkey Tacos very soon! So a big Thank you to Jennie - O!

To go with the Turkey Franks and I prepared a can of Bush's Grillin' Beans - Bourbon and Brown Sugar. Love this Beans, fantastic smokey flavor. Just simmer in a saucepan and serve. Then I also had some Mike Sell's Reduced Fat Potato Chips. Let the Grilling start1 For dessert later a Weight Watcher's Chocolate Brownie.
