Cheesy Turkey Mushroom Caps
This is a Gluten Free Recipe

Mushroom lovers must try this tasty, carb conscious snack. You can enjoy tender mushroom caps topped with melted cheese and lean deli turkey in under 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
6 portabella mushroom caps, cleaned and stems removed
¼ cup prepared roasted tomato sauce
½ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 small onion, grilled and diced
¾ pound diced JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast
garnish with parsley and freshly ground pepper, if desired

DIRECTIONS
1) Heat oven to 350°F. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce inside each mushroom cap.
2) Sprinkle with cheese, onion and turkey. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked.
3) Garnish with parsley and freshly ground pepper, if desired
