Cheddar Turkey Bacon Dip

Fans of cheddar, crispy turkey bacon and lean, carb-conscious snacks beware: This recipe is highly enjoyable. It’s also easy to make and under 300 calories per serving!

INGREDIENTS

8 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon
1 (16-ounce) carton fat-free sour cream
1 (1-ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
celery, carrots, crackers or chips, if desired

DIRECTIONS

1) Cook turkey bacon as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Set aside.
2) In bowl, mix sour cream, dressing mix, crumbled bacon and cheese. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with celery, carrots, crackers or chips, if desired.
* Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
