Kitchen Hint of the Day!

When making Homemade Soup........


Once your soup has come to a boil, reduce it to a simmer and make sure that it stays there. If you boil things too vigorously, and the vegetables will get mushy, the meat will toughen, and the noodles will start to break down. Is it Soup yet!
