#1 - Oven fans are magnets for grease. The simplest way to clean the resulting mess is to pop out the fan filter, then run it through your dishwasher on the top shelf.
#2 - To clean your electric can opener, run a piece of paper towel or waxed paper through it. This will pick up the grease and some of the gunk.
