Turkey Sausage, Turkey Pepperoni 7" Thin Crust Pizza

Dinner Tonight: Turkey Sausage, Turkey Pepperoni 7" Thin Crust Pizza

A fairly nice day out today! Sunny and a high of 38 degrees, not bad. They say we have a snow coming tomorrow though, anywhere from 1 1/2" to 3". But after that, next week, they say a highs in the 50's! Went to Walmart early to pick up a few items for the computer, to the Bank, got my Car and then my Mom's car washed at a local Car Wash, and then home and worked on a snow and ice bank that has over taken part of driveway. But at least it's nice enough to be able to get out and do everything. Then for dinner it was Homemade Pizza Night! I made a Turkey Sausage, Turkey Pepperoni 7" Thin Crust Pizza.

To make the Pizza I used a Mama Mary's 7" Thin-Crust Pizza Crust. For toppings I used Jennie - O Ground Breakfast Sausage, Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, Reese Anchovies Fillets, Sliced Black Olives, Kraft 2% Shredded Mozzarella, and Ragu Homestyle Pizza Sauce.

To prepare it I first preheated the oven on 425 degrees. I lightly brushed the Crust with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then added all the toppings and sauce. Baked it on a greased Cookie Sheet for about 9 minutes. It came out perfect! Nicely browned and Cheese melted with the hint of the Anchovies and other ingredients made it a great tasting Pizza! For the Whole Pizza it was under 500 calories. For dessert later a Healthy Choice Vanilla Swirl Frozen Yogurt.
