Fried Chicken with…..

Tonight’s Menu: Fried Chicken Breast w/ Asparagus, Biscuits and Gravy.

I used a thin cut Chicken Breast, rolled in Whole Wheat Flour and seasoned with Sea Salt and Pepper and fried in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Tried Green Giant Asparagus for the first time.  Comes frozen in a steamer bag, microwave for 6 minutes and your done! Was very tasty and fresh, will use again. As the other sides I had Pillsbury Country Style  Biscuits and Pioneer White Peppered Gravy. The biscuits I use are 150 calories and 29 carbs per serving, 3 biscuits per serving.
