Buying Tomatoes........
Choose tomatoes with bright colors and smooth skin. Yellow and orange tomatoes are usually less acidic than red tomatoes. Ripe tomatoes will give a little to gentle pressure. Avoid tomatoes that are too soft and have obvious bruising.
