Kitchen Hint of the Day!

Here's a hint on Kabobs....


So, here’s a simple and helpful tip: Thread each skewer with all the same type of ingredient! Some skewers have only meat, some have only peppers, others have only squash, pineapples … you get the idea. You can grill each skewer for exactly the amount of time it needs. There are different grilling times for all foods, if skewed on the same skewer your vegetable could be done but the meat still needing time to get done.
