Kitchen Hints of the Day!

Hint #1 - The best way to store celery is to wrap it in aluminum foil and keep it in the fridge. It will last for weeks and weeks.




Hint #2 - Don't throw away celery leaves - while they don't work well with dips, they still have a wonderful flavor. When chopping celery, set the leaves aside on a paper plate, let them dry, and throw them in stuffing, salads, and soups for great extra flavor.
