Cheddar Turkey Burger w/ Baked Fries

Dinner Tonight: Cheddar Turkey Burger w/ Baked Fries





The streak of beautiful days continue, another perfect day out. Went and saw a friend who recently had surgery, a hip replacement like I had a few years back. Then got up on some errands. For dinner tonight a Cheddar Turkey Burger w/ Baked Fries.





I used Jennie - O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast, 120 calories, 1.5 g of Fat, and 0 carbs. I shaped up 1 patty and seasoned it with Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper and pan fried it in  Canola Oil about 4 1/2 minutes per side. Served it on a Healthy Life Hamburger Bun and topped it with a slice of Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese.





For a side I baked some Ore Ida Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper Country Style Fries. Then for dessert later a Jello Sugarless Double Chocolate Pudding.

Cooking Instructions:
STOVETOP METHOD:
* Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
* Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
* Add ground turkey to hot skillet.
* Stir to crumble, approximately 14 to 16 minutes.
* Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
